FALL FROM BICYCLE

TRAM CONDUCTOR INJURED

Falling from his bicycle in Dominion Road, near the corner of Jollicoe Avenue, this morning, Mr. Charles Stoddard, married, a tram conductor, living at 55, Marlborough Street, suffered concussion, and was taken to the Auckland Hospital by Ht. John Ambulance. With his son, aged 3, riding on the handlebar of the bicycle, Mr. Stoddard was on his way home when the child put its foot between the spokes of the front wheel and the machine somersaulted. Beyond a slight abrasion on the foot, the child was not injured. Mr. Stoddard'e condition is not considered to be serious.
