The semi-finals of the South England tennis championships, played at Eastbourne, resulted: — Men's Singles.—Sharpc beat Andrews (N.Z.), 6 —3, 6—3; Round beat King, 6 —4, 6—l. Mixed Doubles. —Hare and Miss Ridleybeat Andrews and Miss Heeley, 6—4, 2 —6, 6-4.
