MELBOURNE CENTENARY VISIT (Eeceived 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, August 29. The Navy Department has announced that Admiral Frank Upham, Commander-in-Chief of the Asiatic Fleet, will arrive at Melbourne for the Centenary on October 21 aboard the flagship Augusta, now stationed in Shanghai, and en route for a visit to British and Dutch East Indian ports.
