BIG "WALK OUT."

STRIKE INEVITABLE. Attempts to Stop American Dispute Fail. TEXTILE INDUSTRY. 4 (t'nitcd ) '.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 2 p.in.) WASHINGTON, August 20. As the "walk-out"' is called for Saturday there is little likelihood that 'even if a meeting is called agreement could be readied in such a short time.
