DROWNED OFF ROCKS.

YOUNG DANISH FARMER. (By Telegraph. —Own Correspondent.) WAIIJI, this day.

An inquest was held yesterday afternoon before the coroner, Mr. W. M. Wallnutt, touching the death of the young Danish farmer, Einar C. Nielsen, who had been missing since July 28, and whose remains were found oil the rocks near Mataora Bay last Sunday. Deceased, who had expressed his intention of fishing from the rocks, was a native of Skibsted, Denmark, and had been six years in the Dominion.

A verdict of accidental drowing was returned.
