VIENNA, August 28.
It is stated officially that the Government will publish, prior to the League Assembly, a Brown Book of the events leading up to the murder of Dr. Dollfuss. It is understood that this alleges German complicity.

FIGHTING ENSUES,
(Received 12 noon.) BERLIN, Augunt 28.
Tho younger members of the Heimwehr garrison, in the working-clasa suburb of Florisdorf, revolted against their commander, alleging that he was unfaithful to the Heimwehr aims.
Loyal members of the garrison resisted and brisk fighting with revolvers, bayonet* and truncheons followed. A brigade of stecl-hclmetcd troops arrived 'in lorries and succeeded, after hours of fighting, in arresting the leaders of the
revolt.
