Notice is hereby further given by the Executors that after the 27th doy of September, 1934, the Executors propose to distribute the Assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Executors have then notice and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of The Trustee Act. 1908, the Executors having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order will not be liable for the Assets so distributed to any persons of whose Claim tho Executors had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said Assets.
