FIGHT FOR RUSSIA.
CANADIAN'S STATEMENT. (Received 2 p.m.) WINNIPEG, July 19. The Co-operative Commonwealth Federation at its national convention adopted a resolution declaring that Canada should be neutral in "foreign wars." Mr. E. E. Winch, a member of the British Columbia Legislature, declared that he would never tight in capitalistic wars, but he would fight for Russia. The president, Mr. J. S. Woodsworth, M.P., said: "Some say we must help Britain or the League of Nations. v Let us serve notice that we will stay out."
