NEW SOUTH WALES RAINS. (Received 13. a.m.) SYDNEY, thi3 day. Rain continues over a wide area of the State. The falls are so heavy on the South Coast that flood conditions are prevailing there. The Prince's Highway is blocked, and near Eden the Kiah River has overflowed and inundated the adjoining areas.
