BOARD'S CONGRATULATIONS. Congratulations were given this morning at the meeting of the Auckland Transport Board to the Hon. T. Bloodworth, who is a member of the board. The chairman, Mr. J. A. C. Allum, said that although he did not always agree with Mr. Bloodworth's views, he realised that the latter was always actuated by a desire to serve the public.
