SEVERE FLOODS.
AFGHAN CLOUDBURST. (Received 12 noon.} CALCUTTA, June 25. Severe floods' are reported from Afghanistan, where the village of Kaisar, which was badly damaged in the recent earthquake, was overwhelmed by a cloudburst. Twelve persons and about 6000 cattle were drowned.
