CRUSHED UNDER A LORRY.

GKEYMOUTH, this day.

Thomas Lalor, aged seven years, was killed this morning at Kumara, as the result of being run over by a lorry.

Unknown to tlic driver, tlic boy was hanging on the side of the lorry and on attempting to leave go lie slipped and his head was crushed under the wheels. Death was instantaneous.
