SPECIAL COMPETITION.
MEMBERS ONLY COMPETE. Below are printed twelve incomplete sentences which form the basis of the Budget's exciting new competition. Competitors are asked to supply the missing word in each sentence, together with the number of the picture which afforded them the clue.
