RUGBY FOOTBALL.
INTER-ISLAND MATCH. MR. McKENZIE VISITS AUCKLAND. Mr. E. McKenzie, of Wairarapa, will arrive in Auckland to-morrow to confer with Mr. V. R. Meredith, the Auckland selector, on the subject of selecting the trial teams for the North Island Kugby match. The trial match will be played at Eden-Park on July 7. Messrs. McKenzie and Meredith are co-selectors for the North Island team. PRIMARY SCHOOLS' GAMES. Draw for matches to be played next week in the Eden Park Group of the Auckland Primary Schools' Rugby competition : Seniors (Wednesday, June 27).; —Kowhai A v. Kowhai B, Eden Park, No. 3, 3.15 p;m. ; East Senior v. Maungawhau, Potter's Park, 3.15 p.m. Intermediates (Thursday, June 28).— Kowhai A v. Kowhai B, Eden Park, No. 3, .3.15 p.m.; Brixton Road v. Eden, Eden ; Park, No.' 2, 3.15 p.m. Juniors (Tuesday, June 20).—Same as last week.
