IRISH ARMY BILL.
SENATE LIMITS OPERATION. DUBLIN, June 21. The Irish Free State Senate yesterday by 22 votes to 12 limited the period of the operation of the Army Bill to November 30, in order to avoid the risk of abuses. , The bill referred to in the cablegram is designed to make the wearing of the Bine Shirt uniform illegal, and also to declare illegal all armies except that of the Irish Free State.
