AGAINST MINISTERS. Polish Terrorists' Plan Put Into Action. GOVERNMENT ACTS SMARTLY. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 12.30 p.m.) WARSAW, June 18. The assassination of M. Pieracki, Minister of the Interior, is officially believed to have been the first of intended terrorist attempts on the lives of members of Cabinet. The Government consequently authorised raids on the headquarters of the National Democratic organisation, and several arrests wore made. The Government lias also promulgated a decree providing for the detention of suspects.
