CABINET RESIGNS.
UPSET IN BELGIUM. BRUSSELS, June 7. The Belgian Cabinet has resigned, owing to the Chamber rejecting two Government bills. The Cabinet was formed in December, 1032, and led by the Com to de Broqueville. It was a Liberal-Catholic Coalition.
