DIVORCE APPEAL.

Woman Argues Her Case Before House of Lords. MARRIED IN DUNEDIN. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, June 7. Mrs. Rose, wife of the barrister, Mr. Hubert Allen Rose, whom she married in Dunedin in 1913, afterwards living in London, has argued her own divorce appeal before the House of Lords for the past three days and succeeded in part of her case. Lord Blanesburgh indicated that the Court intended to reverse the Court of Appeal decision which supported the grant to the husband of a decree on the ground of her misconduct with an American, Charles Murray, who has since died. Lord Blanesburgh said the Court held that she was not proved guilty of misconduct but could not deal with the Vife's appeal on the question of restitution of conjugal rights. This would be adjourned to give the parties an opportunity to reach an arrangement.
