MELBOURNE AIR RACE.

I see that permission of tli© Federal Government is being- sought for the use of the word "A.N.Z.A.C." on the 'plane to be used by Sir Charles Kingsford Smith in the coming air race. Would not the same request have to bo made to the New Zealand Government? I protest against the use of Ansae for the following reasons: The personnel of the crew carried would not be representative of Anzac or the respective Governments concerned. The machine is ofi foreign manufacture, not subscribed for by the people of Australia and New Zealand jointly. Enough people abroad at present think that we are a part of Australia without us lending weight to their though to. I trust that the N.Z.R.S.A. will consider my protest and act accordingly. 2/ANZAC.
