NEED FOR DISSOLUTION. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent./ WAIHI, Thursday. The Leader of the Opposition, Mr. M. J. Savage, addressed a well-attended meeting last evening on Labour's plan for New Zealand. He received on enthusiastic welcome. The Mayor, Mr. W. M. Wallnutt, presided, and Mr. J.
