WELLINGTON, Thursday.

Before the Dairy Commission this morning Mr. H. E. Pace'y gave further evidence 011 behalf of Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd. The afternoon was occupied with hearing the evidence of Mr. Isamu Kawase, a student at Massey College, and Mr. John O'Duy, district manager of Andrew Clements aW Sons, Ltd. The commiseiijn adjourned until I to-morrow.
