BELATED CHARGE.
Indian Alleged Prohibited Immigrant. 34 YEARS IN AUSTRALIA. (Received 10.30 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. When Raman Singh, 53, an Indian, was prosecuted on a charge of being a prohibited immigrant, it was revealed that he had been in Australia 34 years. Ho could not even sign his name and had failed to pass the dictation test. He was remanded.
