AIR TRAVEL.

IMPERIAL ORGANISATION. Addressing a meeting- at the clubhouse of the Auckland Aero Club hist evening, Mr. Spencer Mason presiding, Mr. S. A. Disunite, secretary of Imperial Airways, Ltd., said that the vapid progress of aviation in the past 2U years had made air services as safe and as reliable as transport by land or sea. Restrictions and conditions laid down by foreign countries had somewhat hindered progress, said Mr. Dismoro, but it was hoped that agreements would soon be reached. Both day and night travel were necessary if the greatest advantage of aerial travel were to be gained, and Imperial Airways had large ground organisations to enable continuous services to be maintained. Wijli the cooperation of various transport companies, "sea-air'' and "rail-air" consignments had been arranged. Mr. Dismore concluded his lecture by showing a number of interesting lantern slides.
