SALE OF PAINTINGS.
COLLECTION FETCHES £100,000. RUGBY, May 13. The biggest sale of paintings since 1930 has been taking place during the week at Christie's in London, where the famous Hirsch Brothers collection of masterpieces lias been submitted to auction. The sale realised nearly £100,000. Buyers from all parts of the world were represented.
