COUNTESS HAIG.

FINANCES AND BEMERSYDE. LONDON, April 25. The "Sunday Times" says the King has granted the use of liis apartments in Hampton Court Palace to Countess Haig, who has found it impossible to remain permanently at her home, Bemersyde, owing to diminished finances. The countess shortly will open the late "arl Haig's rooms at Bemersyde as a museum, containing his uniforms, .robes and gifts from all over the world.
