UNITY IN AUSTRIA.
ALL PATRIOTIC FACTIONS. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON", April 16. The "Manchester Guardian" Vienna correspondent says the "Reichspost" announces that the negotiations between Dr. Dollfuss and Prince Starhemberg resulted in a platform being drawn up permitting the unification of all patriotic associations. Herr Stepantillmann, leader of the "Fatherland Front," declares that the agreement is on the basis of the creation of an authoritarian State.
Dr. Dollfuss announced to 30,000 peasants at a demonstration at Graz that all organisations had been welded which, in view of recent dissensions, had surprised Vienna.
