The trial in the Auckland "alibi" mystery case has been set for broadcasting from Station IYA on Wednesday evening at 7.25 p.m. The case has been brought about at the instigation of a national propagandist who has indicted C. I. Garette, Little M. Atch being named as an accessory. F. Ire, a hanger-on. is also arraigned, together with a Mr. Hugh Mann and his fiancee, Miss Care Full.
