IXION CLUB NOTES.
ROSJSBANK PARK COURSE. An amateur championship meeting is to be held by the Ixion Club on the miniature T.T. course at Rosebank Park on April 28. Three championship races will be held, for machines up to 2.30 c.c., up to 350 c.c., and up to 000 c.c., and an open handicap. In addition, special match races will bo arranged, and L. McLaren will attempt to establish a lap record. Registered A.C.U. riders will not be allowed to compete in the races. Since the last meeting at Rosebank Park a considerable amount of work has been done on the track, and the surface is much improved. ■ At a general meeting or the club last week the Maling Cup was presented to L. McLaren for gaining the highest number of points at the last meeting at the park. The club has also decided to hold a championship hill climb next month, probably on May 12.
