TELEGRAPHIC CHARGES.
COMMERCE CHAMBER PROTEST (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUXEDIN, this day. The Chamber of Commerce carried a resolution protesting against the new scale of telegraphic charges, and that in future, where there was no matter of urgency, the business community should be given an oppoitumty of making recommendations in connection with charges that so Mtally affected it.
