RACECOURSE TRESPASSER.
A motor driver, Frank Jagger (45), appeared in the Police Court; this morning on summons, charged with that bem„ an excluded person he was unlawfully found on the Ellerslie racecourse on January 1. He pleaded guilty. Senior Detective Hall said Jagger was excluded from the course because of a previous conviction for publisjjig , double chart. This was the only conv c--4 tion against him.
