PERFECTLY CORDIAL.
ANGLO-FRENCH TALKS. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March 21. A communique issued from the Board of Trade states tliat the economic discussions between the Governments of the United Kingdom and France have been conducted in an atmosphere of complete cordiality. They have been concerned with the question of quotas and with the presentation for drafts intended to replace the conventions of 1820 and 1882, which were recently denounced.
