THE ANNUAL MEETING. (Bj' Telegraph.—Press Association.) OPOTIKI. Wednesday. The annual meeting of tlio Opotiki Jockey Club was held here to-day in fine weather. There Vas a good attendance, and the course was in good order. The totalisator investments amounted to £1074, against £1027 last year, an increase of £47. The turnover would have been much larger but for the fact Hint there were only two starters in each of tljf last two races. From a good start r.ast Lap led early, followed by Sunny Sky for three furlongs, and then the Held bunched.
