CHANGE OF CONTROL.
KING GEORGE V. HOSPITAL. WAIKATO BOARD TO TAKE OVER. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", this day. At a meeting to-day of the Waikato Hospital Board it was definitely decided to take over the King George V. Hospital at Rotorua as from March 31. The Health Department advised that it would increase its grant from £2500 to £3300 and provide all equipment and furnishing free of cost. It also undertook to take over the liability on the books at the date of the change-over. Tho Department further agreed to adjust the size of the building to provide for 73 beds.
