UGLY THREATS.

OUTRAGES AND PLOTS IN SPAIN LONDON', March 7. The Madrid correspondent of the British United Press confirms the statement that strikes, outrages and plots are increasing. The Premier, Senor Lerroux, after a meeting of tlie new Cabinet, said energetic measures would be adopted, but would not be revealed. The Labour Leader, Senor Caballero, said that on the day Senor Robles takes power the workers will throng the streets. They will not be satisfied with smashing the Rightists and Fascists, but will seize power for themselves.
