AUCKLAND CLUB. Owing In (lie wot conditions Inst evening the Auckland Cycle Club's events wore postponed. and will now he lreld at the 1 apatoetoe Stadium on Saturday at p.m. Additions to the events will he a one mile senior and half mile junior handicaps. AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB. Tho track season is now drawing to a close, and most of the girls are to commence racing on the road again. 'J his year several new members will be competing, which should make the riding much more interesting. The most successful rider to date Is Miss Kdna Lorigan, who started rirlit from the bottom, and has now reached the top. Miss Lorignn has a very good turn of speed, and several wins to her credit. Miss Ellie Swinburne, who Is next on the list, with Miss Edle Hansen, has had considerable success, and her win last week on Western Springs Stadium was well deserved. Miss Hansen has done exceptionally well on the grass tracks. Miss Phyllis Nell, who hails from Papatoetoo, is the keenest of the several new members, and already lias had placings in almost every start.
