THE JOB FOR TO-DAY.
(Sent In by Iris Dutton, Barry Road, Waihi; age 14.) When troubles are many and comforts are few, And the future seems misty and grey; Don't think of the sorrow That may come to-morrow. .Just tackle the job for to-day. Stand up to each hardship and face every trial, It won't to slart running away; Don't be in a liurry To meet next week's worry, •Tust tackle the job for to-day. Don't sit in a corner and grumble at Fate, I assure you, my friend, it won't pay ; If you brood on your trouble, 'Twill seem to you double, Just tackle that job for to-day. —Copied.
