COMPETITION RULES.

«. Competitions In these pages, unless specially marked, are open to aN ftung people under 18 years of age. 2. Work should be done In Ink, on one side of the paper only. Leave a Margin of one Inch on the left-hand side. The little ones may use Ink pencil. 8. When more than one competition Is conducted competitors should in ■ separate sheet of paper for each competition, and at the top right* hand corner of every page write the number of the competition. 4. All entries should bear the competitor's full name, age and addrtta In the top right-hand corner of each sheet of paper used. 5. Cut out and paste ths signature of " Peter Pan " on to the top leftliand corner of our envelope, which should be labelled " COMPETITIONS " In the bottom left-hand corner and addressed o/o " Star " Office, Auckland, ■nvelopea not so marked will not be considered. 6. Unless specially stated to the contrary all competitions close on lha Wednesday following publication. Late entries cannot be received. 7. Each competitor is in honour bound' to send in original work. If •sslstanoe is given a signed statement to that effect must be made. Otherwise no certificate of originality is required. 8. It Is understood that Peter Pen's decision Is final, and he cannat Mttr Into any correspondence on the matter.
