ELDERLY MAN FOUND DEAD.

A well-known identity on the waterfront, Mr. James Draper, an eklerly man employed by the Devonport Steam Ferry Company as a ticket collector, was found dead this morning at 5.30, on a seat near the Prince's wharf. Mr. Draper, Who lived at Sale Street. Ponsonby, is survived by his wife arid two eons. No inquest will be necessary.
