INTERNATIONAL LABOUR.
ASSIST AUSTRIAN SOCIALISTS. (Received 2.30 p.m.) PARIS, February 14. Mr. Walter Citrine, the British Labour leader, presided at the meeting of the International Labour Conference to-day. M. Jouhaux (France), who was the leader of the one-day strike, was among the delegates.
It was resolved financially and morally to assist the Austrian Socialists, to draw public attention to the trade union attitude, and to act internationally through their Governments and also by means of demonstrations.
