TWO BOATS COLLIDE.

INQUIRY IN PROGRESS.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The fourth race in the Sanders Cup series was sailed this morning. The judges ni;e. holding an inquiry concerning a collision .between Lavina' (Wellington) and Irene (Canterbury), which collided when running level only a few yards from the finishing line. Lavina actually finished first by ss. Until the inquiry is finished no decision will be made concerning a further race.
