ortAKKi cr.un. The Orakei Basin Model Yacht Club held a series of races for model yachts on the Orakel Basin on Saturday ufternoon. The results were:— Open Handicap, -".ft class.— Monarch, 7m 30k, 1; Marie, 7m 30s, 2; Gay 8m 30s, 3. Four-foot Class. —Advance, Om, 1 ; Alert, Tin, 2: Spa Spray, run, 3. General Handicap.—First heat: Crusader 1, Plying Cloud 2. Second bcut: Crusader I. Kileen 2.' Hoys' Events.—First race: Victory 1. Joan 2. Knroa .i. Second race: Starlight 1. Cecil M. 2, .loan .">. Third race: Flora M. 1, Joan 2. Karoa 3. Fourth race: Starlight 1, Jay 2, Cecil M. 3. MAXUKAU SENIOR CI.UB. Three races wero lipid at Mill Bay by the Manukau Senior Model Yncbt Club, two handicap events and a challenge race by the Park one-design class, for the David Challenge Cup. Siv. boats were dispatched In the tir.st race. The result was: Falcon 1, Mnybe 2, Kauri 11. 3. The second event resulted: —Supplejack 1, Kauri 11. 2, Mairie 3. Kauri 11.. Supplejack and Mairie challenged the holder of the David Challeuge Cup Maybe winning by n fair margin. Junior"'model races resulted.—First race: Isabel IR, Douglas), 1: Pilot (C. Davis).,2 Second race: Teddy (S. I'aseoc), 1 ; 1 Hot (C. Davis), 2.
