AGREEMENT WITH BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, February 2. The Parliamentary Secretary of tlie Overseas Trade Department, Mr. D. J. Colville, stated in the House of Commons that an Anglo-Russian trade treaty would be concluded soon. He predicted that members generally would be satisfied with it.
