ROYAL WELCOME AWAITS. (Received 11.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, February 2. The flagship Dorsetshire will fire a Royal salute when she meets the Carnarvon Castle at sea and again as Prince George steps ashore to commence his tour of South Africa. Capetown is lavishly decorated. "There will be 46 halts in a 4000-mile tour lasting six and a half weeks. The Princc will be introduced to every aspect of South African life.
