END ECONOMIC WAR.
DUBLIN SENATE'S PLEA. (Received 1.30 p.m.) DUBLIN, January 31. By 19 votes to 10, the Senate passed a resolution urging tiie Government to approach Britain with a view to forming a joint commission to terminate the economic war.
