LONG POINT TRAGEDY.

DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The body of Mr. Gordon Sproat, school teacher, who was one of tho three men who lost their lives by drowning while fishing off the rocks at Long Point, near Nuggets, on January 20, was recovered this afternoon.

Dragging operations are being continued for tbe body of Mr. George 0. Menzies, the third member of the party drowned.

The inquest on Mr. Charles John Con« nell, wlidge body was recovered yesterday, will be opened to-day for purposes of identification.
