DREDGE PURCHASED.
NAPIER HARBOUR SCHEME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) '. ( NAPIER, this day. '. The Napier Harbour Board has completed negotiations for the purchase of the Wellington Harbour Board's dredge, Whakariri. The dredge will commence dredging at the Napier breakwater in about three weeks' time, thereby undertaking the first portion of the harbour development scheme.
