A SLIMMING MATERIAL.

A new material, aptly miracle yarn, has just made its appearance in London, which will make women look slimmer than ever. Fine threads of elastic are woven in with the yarn, giving, it the power of clinging to the figure in the long graceful curves so sought after by the modern miss. The material makes up into drpeses that require little cut and fewer seams; it is soft in texture and can be had in good colours. Designers welcome it as they think it will be ideal for the Tudor note that is still predominant. For instance, hats fashioned of it will cling to the head at the required backward tilt, and it is ideal for the tight stocking sleeve.
