MINISTERS TO ATTEND
There will bo an exodus of 'Ministers of the Crown from Wellington at the end of the present week. With the exception of the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. J. Bitchener, who will remain in Wellington to deal with urgent business, all the Ministers arc leaving either to-morrow or on Saturday to take part in the celebrations at Waitangi. They will probably return to Wellington on Thursday or Friday oi next week.
