The first cup of tea ever drunk in England was at Arlington House, which occupied the site on which Buckingham Palace stands. The Earl of Arlington bought the tea in Holland. He gave 60/ a pound for it—a sum which to-day would be represented by at least £20. Big reduction in reliable and correct school wear at Smith and Caughey's Great Semi-Annual Clearance Fair.
