POLICE COURT.

To-day was observed as a close holiday in'the Magistrate's Court. The Police Court sat at 9 a.m., there being only one case for Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., to deal with. . Not even an inebriate was arrested over the week-end. Raymond Arthur Walden, aged, 19, mechanic, was charged with stealing a cycle valued at £3, the property of some person unknown, on January 27. On the application of Detective-Ser-geant McHugh, accused was remanded to appear again on Monday next.
